Return & Refund Policy

At TeeRamma, all products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon verification.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not meet these criteria (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind) are not eligible for return or refund.
